I feel like I dropped the ball on Palms L.A. because this is exactly the kind of place I’d want to be among the very first to taste and write about for LDS. But somehow, it slipped under my radar when it first opened.
And after loads of fellow foodies have messaged me raving about kimchi quesadillas, Palms LA jumped to the top of my restaurant hit list.
Though I’m from California, I’m a far bit north from LA so I’ve never had the pleasure of stuffing my face with Food Truck goodies (it’s all the rage in LA these days right?!), but I love Mexican food as much as I love Korean food and was more than curious to see the magic these two cuisines can create together.
