From the people who brought you Buena Onda and Soul Bowls, comes an exciting new concept, the first of its kind in Beijing. A culinary incubator called The Hatchery. Designed to showcase new concepts and ideas, the incubator aims to nurture culinary creativity and they’re already off to a great start this 2016 with the launch of their first in-house pop-up: Mighty Mo’s Mussels + Beer Bar!
“Having started off doing a number of our own pop-ups across Beijing, we’re excited to open the doors of our own space. Over the course of the coming year we’ll be launching a number of new concepts at Hatchery and look forward to continuing to be apart of Beijing’s ever-changing food scene.” – Andrew Moo, Marketing Manager
Excited to share with you my first dining experience at The Hatchery just before they closed for the Chinese New Year holiday, I’m also here to update everyone on their adjusted soft-launch promo deal! From February 19-29th, they’ll be open for business between the hours of 6-9PM and they’ll be extending their 50% off All Food Menu deal. To score this deal, you need to make your reservation via email – jj@hatchery.asia to secure your table.
