After Executive Chef Rob Cunningham realized his dreams of launching his very own Carnivore Club at his restaurant FEAST by EAST Hotel in Lido, he started off strong with his very first Carnivore Club dinner in collaboration with Guest Chef Yao Yang from Chi Restaurant and Saffron Italian Restaurant (both just across from each other on Wudaoying Hutong, around the corner from Stuff’d). Having presented a very porky menu serving everything from pig’s ears to roasted pork belly and braised pork neck, this exotic menu was the talk of the town.

In an effort to help increase awareness of secondary cuts and offal that restaurants no longer commonly use, Chef Rob has continued to hold the torch of this food baby project high and proud. I’m delighted to share the good news that the next Carnivore Club dinner will be served on Friday, September 5, 2014.
