Celebrating the one year anniversary of one of Beijing’s most celebrated weekend brunches, Agua has re-updated their Infinity Weekend Brunch menu to include some delightfully refreshing new summer-inspired dishes.
Plated with bright and colorful floral accents, the new dishes are as pleasing to the eye as they are to your taste buds. Some new highlights include a lovely new chilled watermelon gazpacho, tuna ceviche (pictured above), a “Landaise salad” that includes duck foie gras, duck ham rillette, poached chicken egg and mustard vinaigrette, and braised New Zealand lamb leg with ratatouille.
Though their 1 year anniversary brunch was marked on Saturday, May 9th, they’ll be celebrating with “free swag” to all Infinity Brunchers the entire month of May. Even after a year, the value of this brunch deal remains just how we like it- RMB 298 per person for infinite dishes (you can order and eat til you can’t) with the option of adding on RMB 168 for infinite cocktails (Cava, Spanish Mimosa, Bloody Mary, Sangria, Red or White Wine), all between 12PM-3PM.
