Just two things to correct. We are open seven days a week and not closed on Mondays. Also Chad is from the US and I am Canadian. We married sisters that are Chinese which of course makes Chad my brother-in-law. We will work on our sides and hopefully the staff will be a bit more helpful on the drinks. To be honest my staff aren't really drinkers but I have been known to enjoy a snifter of porte at Christmastime so let me know if you have any questions at all.
