By the Modo Urban Deli & Mosto Team, Chef Daniel Urdaneta & Alex Molina are about to launch their third restaurant concept called MOKA Bros, located on the first floor across from Mosto in Nali Patio.
A healthy fast-casual restaurant, their new wholesome menu concept revolves around “eating well and feeling good”, based on Chef Daniel’s background in fine dining and global cuisine, pushing his boundaries to extend his inspiration and touch on different food fares and style of diners.
“MOKA is not about diet food. It is about the fresh produce that we craft carefully upon order, without any additives nor preservatives, without any deep-frying and with reduced salt & sugar.” – Chef Daniel.
Vibes of MOKA Bros
With a menu that features comprises of savory crepes, wraps, sandwiches, salads, red rice and various noodle bowls (keep your eye out for their new “Power Bowls!” that offer the alternative flour base choice of buckwheat).
Stay tuned for a full review…! They should be opening their doors this weekend.
MOKA Bros will be opened from 8am daily to 10.30pm (last order) Sunday to Thursday and till 11.30pm (last order) Friday and Saturday for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, happy hour, dinner and late drinks.
Another New Nali Patio Addition:
Tuesday night (September 3rd) saw the soft opening of Parnas French restaurant’s rooftop lounge in the former Saddle Cantina restaurant location.
Though the restaurant plans to open sometime in the very near future (probably sometime this weekend alongside the opening of its neighbor MOKA bros), their buzzing soft opening party on Tuesday night was a good sign that this new French restaurant has a strong, well-heeled clientele base.
Quite classy and stylish with tables ordering bottles of vodka and champagne, looks like Barnassa is on the opposite end of the spectrum of what was once the very casual Tex-Mex restaurant Saddle Cantina.
Soft Opening of Parnas’ Restaurant Rooftop Lounge
While the rooftop was the only part of the venue open for guests on Tuesday night, I was lucky to score a guided tour of the first two levels of the restaurant kitchen and dining areas.
LDS Snapshots of the Soon-To-Come Parnas French Restaurant:
With so many new additions to Nali Patio, this little hub of restaurants, cafes and bars just got a quick injection of new energy and new vibes.
I look forward to reporting back with more reviews. Until then, pop on over and have a little peek for yourself!
