The Cut Grill in the Fairmont Hotel serves some of the best steak in Beijing, hands-down.
Thanks to Time Out Beijing, I just found out about their Thursday night Prime Rib Dinner Special. For RMB 260 per person, you can enjoy “18-hour, slow-roasted-on-the-bone Australian Stockyard prime rib carved tableside, served with Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings”.
How much does that make your mouth water? Lucky for us, it’s Thursday TODAY!
