With the scorching hot weather and smoggy air quality combined with the abundance of parties and events around town, I can imagine it’s difficult to stay in shape this summer!
Fear not, the World Health Store‘s annual 12-week challenge is just about to begin and it’s not too late to sign up! Contestants will be part of a very select group for FREE training, including BOOT CAMP, HEYROBICS, and PILATES. (just think what a great deal this is considering how expensive these classes can be!)
Anticipated to be even bigger than last year, the challenge will take place in both Beijing and Shanghai and winners can expect to see even more cash prizes and gifts totaling over RMB 250,000!
