Mr. Claudio Sadler Returns to Beijing with Liquid Gold

Mr. Claudio Sadler himself will make a return to Beijing this May for 4 days only – from May 3-May 7 to introduce a brand new a la carte Spring Menu together with a special Extra Virgin Olive Oil Dinner on Saturday, May 7.

“Olive oil has been more than mere food to the peoples of the Mediterranean: it has been medicinal, magical, an endless source of fascination and wonder and the fountain of great wealth and power.”

Using the finest quality olive oil, one of Earth’s healthiest natural ingredients referred by Homer as “liquid gold”, Mr. Sadler has created a magnificent 5-course menu with paired wines for RMB 888 per person.
