Private Kitchen Founder Rose Zamoa will be teaming up with MANA restaurant to host a special 6-course wine dinner this Monday, April 4.
With live music by El Johnson, this Grand Opening Launch event will mark the beginning of MANA & Private Kitchen’s weekly dining events celebrating Afro-Caribbean cuisine (every Saturday).
For this special event, Rose has selected six of her most popular dishes to be paired with four different types of red & white wines.
