Hatsune is known and loved for their legendary sushi rolls, but they also offer a wide selection of dishes catered especially to vegetarians.

Just last night, I had my first vegetarian meal at Hatsune and it was both satisfying and delicious! Well-rounded with plenty of variety, we ordered appetizers, a salad, two vegetarian sushi rolls and a hot dish.
