On Top of the World at Atmosphere

When you’re 80 stories high on the China World Summit Wing, you’re not only in the highest bar in Beijing, you’re balling out like you’re on top of the world.

That pretty much says it all right there.

A relatively newly opened bar and lounge, Atmosphere boasts one of the best views of the city, stunning interior design, over 300 cocktails to choose from, an impressive selection of single malts, live music entertainment and DJ after-hours.

Atmosphere is all about image and they definitely deliver.  I was not stoked on the service, but I was so caught up in all the twinkling lights surrounding me, it really wasn’t an issue at all.

Overall, Atmosphere is sure to impress out-of-town visitors and a perfect venue for business networking, a swanky date or to celebrate a special occasion.

If I had to make a comparison, I’d say Atmosphere is a better, more refined version of Centro.

Best Part:

• Stunning 360 views of the city, beautiful interior decor, perfect lighting, a real world-class lounge and bar
• Selection of 300 cocktails (including fresh fruit cocktails), an extensive collection of single malts & fine cigars
• Live music entertainment & DJ Azat on the decks
• Impressive glass wine cellar
  

Comments:

• While the design was immaculate and and music was appropriate, the vibe from Atmosphere’s clientele was quite pretentious. But then again, I should expect nothing less at a venue like Atmosphere.  Not exactly my cup of tea, but definitely a beautiful venue for a special occasion or a place to impress for a business drink.
