I did in fact already know that the space was once a public toilet and the space was also The Rickshaw, which was once quite a popular hang out spot despite it's location. And even if it was once a public toilet, TERRA's set up is very well done and it's a great location. "Once a shabby, run-down joint..." was a street public toilet once, definitely not recommended as a dining place and big NO-NO for a restaurant biz.
