LumDimSum Discovery: Hatsune’s G-Roll
Posted: June 3rd, 2010 | Author: LumDimSum | Filed under: Foodies & Dining Scene | Tags: Alan Wong, Hatsune, Lumdimsum Discovery | 2 Comments »If you don’t already know, Hatsune has a Secret Menu for our sushi fanatics.
Created for those who have already tried every sushi roll on our menu 10 times and are looking for something different, something special, the Secret Menu was invented by Alan Wong himself and dedicated to hardcore Hatsune addicts aka Sushi Samurais.
Hatsune’s most popular roll on the menu is by far the Moto-Roll-Ah Roll, so Alan created a pimped-out version of this roll called the G-roll.

The G-roll ( G卷) - Inside: Soft-Shelled Crab, Tempura Flakes & Avocado Roll; Outside: Torched Unagi and White Tuna with Tobiko, Green Onions and topped with Hatsune's Special Sauces.
**Note to Sushi Fans:
Hatsune’s next Sushi-Making Class will be held next Wednesday, June 9 at the Original Hatsune.
